The “Blank Page” Problem
In my last post, I proposed that we need to stop reacting to phishing and start anticipating it. I built a framework for “Seasonal Awareness”, warning Finance about Tax Scams before April 15th, and warning everyone about Gift Card scams before December.
A lot of you are probably thinking: “Great idea, Ali. But who has time to write 12 months of content?”

You’re right. Writing content is hard, it’s the friction that kills the framework. You stare at a blank draft, get distracted by a firewall alert, and suddenly it’s May and you forgot to send the Tax warning.
So, let’s remove the friction, I’m giving you The Awareness Engine.
The Solution: The “Awareness Engine”

I’ve built a simple markdown repository that acts as a ‘Brain’ for your AI. When you treat your AI as a Context Engine, uploading your strategy and persona upfront, you unlock a new level of precision. Instead of guessing, the AI uses this ‘Brain’ to generate high-impact content that sounds exactly like you.”
Step 1: Get the Kit (The Brain)
I’ve open-sourced the entire Knowledge Base (/kb). It contains the three core contextual layers your AI needs:
- The Calendar (
kb/calendar.md): It knows that July is “Prime Day” and March is “SXSW” - The Threats (
kb/threats.md): It knows exactly how a Wire Fraud attack works (e.g., “The Friday Afternoon Rush”) - The Persona (
SYSTEM_PERSONA.md): The “Bootloader” prompt that trains the AI to act as The Awareness Engine (No Fear-Mongering, Short & Punchy)

Step 2: Feed the Machine (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
You don’t need another $50,000 SaaS subscription.
- Download the Kit
- Upload the
/kbfolder to your LLM of choice (Claude Projects, ChatGPT Custom GPT, or even Cursor) - Run the Prompt: “You are The Awareness Engine. Write the Q3 Campaign.”
⚠️ CISO Note: Don’t be the security leader who causes a data leak. Ensure you use an Enterprise-approved LLM instance (zero-retention) before uploading internal context.
Because the AI has the Context (The Calendar) and the Persona (The Voice), the output requires almost zero editing.
Why This Works
This isn’t about being lazy; it’s about being efficient. When you remove the friction of creation, you ensure the execution actually happens and in security culture, consistency is everything.
